I’ve been playing Spore again lately. I still love it even though it gets a pretty bad rap, which is honestly pretty fair - Will Wright promised such a scale of game that nothing he could have done would have really lived up to it. I was a little disappointed myself but I’ll always give Maxis the benefit of the doubt after SimCity 2000. I just kind of took the game on its own terms and it’s still pretty fun. Anyway, the dudes are “Robek”, and I kind of play them as a klingon kind of deal, going after assholes but not being an asshole in particular to anyone that doesn’t really deserve it. Whateverrrrrrr.
